As fifty state Attorneys General move closer to a settlement agreement with the Wall Street banks that defrauded millions of American homeowners, hundreds of people will march through San Francisco’s Financial District to the Wells Fargo Annual Shareholder Meeting on May 3 to demand changes to corporate practices that have bankrupted families, dismantled neighborhoods, and emptied public coffers. A delegation of homeowners, clergy, and workers will present a list of demands to Wells Fargo CEO John Stumpf and shareholders inside the meeting.

King Rd, San Jose, 95122, in the heart of the foreclosure crisis in Santa Clara County, faith and community leaders will speak out against banks doling out more executive bonuses while foreclosing on families. PACT will hold a posada, a traditional re-enactment of Mary's and Joseph's difficult journey in search of shelter on Christmas Eve. PACT's posada presents the modern-day scenario of families struggling to keep their homes because banks are turning them away – refusing to modify loans and processing illegally foreclosures - while giving their executives big holiday bonuses.

The delegation represents millions of homeowners and community members across the United States. Gina Gates, a PACT leader from Most Holy Trinity, will travel to Iowa to meet with the Attorneys General. Gates lost her home when it was illegally sold by the bank last year.
