In
order to further PACT’s campaign to create excellent,
new schools of choice within failing public schools districts,
PACT launched the ACE Public School Network in
June 2004.
The ACE Public School Network(www.acepublic.org) is a new, non-profit
organization that incubates, supports, and provides start-up
resources for excellent new public schools of choice. Together,
PACT and the ACE Public School Network seek to transform public education
in the Valley, so that all children, particularly low-income
children and children of color, have access to a first-class
public school. The three excellent new schools of choice that
opened in Alum Rock Union Elementary School District September
