Through PACT’s
community organizing model, volunteer grassroots leaders learn
to develop public policy campaigns that shape issues impacting
their lives. PACT staff work with volunteer community leaders
from diverse backgrounds to identify areas of common concern,
research the factors influencing those issues, and craft
innovative solutions.
